Of course I love it. I wrote the introduction! I only hope I did it justice. A great selection of stories from the sometimes grubby, always fearless, subtly pyrotechnical Jerry Wilson. Like ‘Little Apocalypse,’ one of my favorites in the collection, about a bunch of drunks standing around a filthy bbq grille waiting for a dead beaver to turn into fillet mignon, while just out of range, a little lady tramp called Nan face plants in the dirt ‘as if hearing the call of a far-off muezzin.’ Really great stuff from Les Editions du Zaparogue.
